For one of our clients, an international trading and service company with a focus on the agriculture, energy and construction sector, we are looking for an Administrative Employee Trade Administration (fulltime). Our client is located in Rotterdam and is fast-growing.

As a member of the execution team, your job is diverse. You will be responsible for a large variation of administrative tasks for our execution teams and you will be in close contact with the traders, transport organizations, customers, suppliers and your direct colleagues. We will train & support you to become all-round and well prepared for the role as truck planner.

The execution employee reports to the Execution Manager.

Job Content:

Administrative tasks:

Confirmation of purchase & sales contracts
Invoicing (incoming, outgoing)
Daily stock management
Releasing of sales contracts
Support of the planner

Truck Planning:

Planning of the sales and purchase contracts as efficient as possible with a constant focus on customers’ satisfaction and commercial interests.
Optimization of the trucks supply chain
Negotiating of truck rates

Education & Experience:

Education at HBO level, preferable in logistics and/or economics
At least 1-2 years experience in a in a similar or other planning function
Ability to quickly master computer programs
Good command of the Dutch and English language (both verbal and written).
